To whom so ever it reaches i know for sure that no action will be taken against my complain as Airtel has already written so many complains come everyday and they just ignor it. So also this will be ignored. But my complain is on the Corruption of Internet. It is a corruption because I am paying the full amount asked by Airtel company for the plan of Rs 399, but still it is noticed that in a span of 80 days given net is available only some 30 to 40 days. This has been a practice of Airtel from last three recharges. Last recharge I had already complained the customer care altleast 4 times over phone. They say its only network problem, sometimes they say some work is going on etc. But service is same. Just tell me one thing if some work is really going on then how come my companion is receiving high speed net with same plan in the same location where I am and sometimes vise versa he doesn’t receive but I receive. Please don’t consider us fools. I repeat my words what I said to customer care Airtel is a third class network and telenor is much better than it. Today I really feel pity of not choosing a Jio network when it was launched. Thank you and hoping that this corruption will continue for ever.
