I have  been deducted 50INR last week  from my phone and when I asked the reason they gave me was “Hello! An amount of Rs. -35 is deducted on 18 Oct 20 01.28 pm for DNLD-DWAP_VP0035_PPU_NAZVPO_A-NAZARA on your Vi number.” And they didn’t explain Rs 15/- and today Rs 3 is deducted against the message “Hello!
Thank you for downloading ppu_game from TELESYNC_SOLUTION.
You have been charged Rs. 3
Your balance is Rs. 2.04” whereas I haven’t clicked any link or downloaded any game.. previously also there was much deduction from my account but I didn’t call the customer care just because I was in abroad.  I kindly ask for justice
