At first I am asking customer care executive how to port out procedure. Executive told me the procedure I am trying such way to port out but SMS can’t sent. After sometime I call executive why my port out msg can’t send, he reply me that someone called them informed them that this number is lost please deactivate it, but I don’t call them to deactivate my number. I want to logged a case against Vodafone with evidance.
