Dear Sir,
I ordered food from Zomato.ORDER ID: 1910690910.I was repeatedly denied delivery of my order and refund of full amount of my order.When Asked to share the policy for cancellation, i was not shared by chat agent.when asked Zomato to call me back, I was denied.The delivery guy had called only once as per my record which I missed.As soon as I called the person, he said order cancelled as I didnt pick phone.I called him within 5 mins.But he denied to deliver the product.Zomato chat executive denied me refund of the order.I have attached screenshots of communication in my tweet as evidence.Please if you can look at those.

Sir, this is not the first time Zomato is doing this.It’s a repetetive illegal conduct by Zomato.In their application , they have the full address available of the customer.yet the agent does not come to actual house and calls from random location.If someone is on office call and misses to pick they cancel the order and eat the food themseleves.and charge the customer full amount.
I would like to raise this case on my as well as all other consumers behalf.
Kindly help me at the earliest.
