Vodafone taking Rs.299 cash for security deposit and not giving any Bill/receipt, also not giving Rs.299 back to customers.
I have already proved this to Vodafone that they are taking Rs.299 cash from customer and not giving any bill/receipt still they are not taking any action against this and tring to close my complain. its big scam, Vodafone taking this from all customers Rs.299 saying its security deposit and not giving any Bill/Receipt… and when we ask to about our security deposit they says we don’t have any record for that and the simply take Rs.299 from customers illegally.
All vodafone support team is not able to understand simple issue and just avoid it to take action.
