Dear sir
This is to bring to ur kind notice that there has been a problem in my broadband bill since June. I paid bill on 5th june of ₹900. But on 23 june I received msg that bill Was outstanding and on next month I received my bill with previous amount included along with fine for ₹900.
When I visited airtel store with complaint storehead checked details and said june payment was reverted somewhere but this revert case happened in her store and i have nothing to do with this. I showed her msgs of june payment confirmation but she misbehaved and said msgs are fake and not visit my store again and again.so instead of solving issue she forced me to repay june bill .
Moreover, i requested her to put disconnect request but she refused to do so. She was forcing me to pay june bill again. But why should i pay again that was not my fault .
Kindly help me in this issue . I am really in trouble.
