Both the products returned in it’s original condition with the tags on..still the refund is not initiated…on the Amazon app it is showing the item is picked up thereafter no updates of the item on the app…When spoke to customer service they said need to put for investigation and money will be surely credited on 9th of August 2023 while the pick up was done on 31st July 2023…Now when asked regarding the refund they said the refund can’t be given as they received a wrong product….I have a CCTV proof of the person picking up the right product from me..kindly help..
