Good Evening Sir/ Madam

I’m from Hyderabad
Today in the morning I have ordered Idly and Dosa for my self and my wife but in the food package the missing item was Samber.
We immediately informed the matter to Swiggy through online and they have rearranged the same and when we called the restaurant to kindly deliver us Samber they denied and we have not accepted the 2nd pacakge as again the samber was missing so the delivery executive replied us that he will give it to beggar and left. In the Swiggy app it was mentioned as delivered to customer but the fact is we havd not accepted it.

Since morning Iam trying to escalate the issue with the superiors of Swiggy but they are denying to escalate. I have informed them to provide information as to where I can take the matter they are not even providing the basic information and I have asked for Chat history and Recording they have even not provided the information stating we will not provide such information.
The last person who spoke was Mr. Sobish from swiggy Escalate team and his contact number is 8045672841.
This is happening not only to me but to other customers as well.
Sir I dont want refund or compensation kindly take strict action against this company so that other customers may not face the similar issues. Looking forward to have a positive response from your end Sir.
