Even after adhering the all the terms of the lease contract, the owner is not refunding the security deposit amount of INR 15000/-. The management of the corporate chain ‘The Hostel Yard’ is not only unreachable, it turns out they are doing this fraud with all their tenants, building their company up on black money.

My room mate and I haven’t received our security deposit as well, after several calls and emails. And it’s been more than 6 months since we’ve vacated our room in THY – Ivy. Have you received yours yet?
