We bought two SAMSUNG SPLIT ACs worth 68000/- but when the Samsung engineer visited for installation, he informed that the copper pipes are not in the box. We called Samsung, they informed that they have received similar complaints from Flipkart. Flipkart customer care isn’t responding and as per commitment they never call back. The same product, customers have received the copper pipes as seen in the reviews.
We demand to return the product and issue us a refund of the total amount. This is cheating and harassing a senior citizen.
Both Samsung and Flipkart are giving different updates, every different individual we have spoken to, have a different update. This is COMPLETELY MISLEADING AND CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
