As per the advertisement of Coolkids studio for my babies photoshoot (in the name of Myntra), I have applied and paid money on January 2024.They are not giving proper response after that and not giving the money back

I paid the amount in December 2023 but after that they didn’t scheduled the shoot…so ai asked for refund from March but they are not responding to my mail,calls and WhatsApp message as well @ coolkids atleast reply here.
