Dear Sir,
I was purchased Smart watch from fire Bolt company. On Date 08.06.2023, I acquired the Hurricane 1.3” Curved Glass smartwatch from Flipkart.
Unfortunately, I have encountered display issues with the device. Display of smart watch fully blacked not to show any thing.
I was requested to company for replace the defective unit because it under warrant period but they not respond me.
Attached to this email are copies of the purchase receipt and any relevant documentation to support my claim.
