Coolgirly website is fraudulent . I ordered on 4/1/2020 and product was not shipped to me . I checked with razorpay who is payment gateway and they have informed that payment to coolgirly was successful . When I track order on coolgirly it says order failed and there is no other contact information . I tried to send message on messenger and the minute I asked how to contact customer service and gave them order details the representative stopped replying to my messages . Coolgirly website is not allowing me to cancel the order too .
