i visited vodafone store shop no 34, kamla nagar delhi 110007 to transfer my postpaid connection to pre-paid. my token no 274 dated 21st nov 2018 12:24:01PM my vodafone no 9312822626. this number is my wife name Meena goel. on 21st nov 2018, i paid rs 360/- as my postpaid balance as suggested by store persons, i paid 360/– as well as rs 496/- for pre-paid sim also. they say within 72 hurs your phone convert into pre-paid services.
once my number is not converted after 72 hours my wife visited store then they say you should speek to vodafone cust care 199. the i spoke on 199 on 26 nov 2018, 27 nov 2018 (3 times), on 27th mr norotam told me that you should pay first rs 116/- +rs 109/- charges for converting your phone to prepaid. i deposted rs.225/- on 27th nov 2018 around 1900 hours i have mail with me. i spoke again on 29th nov 2018 what is status of my request. then they suggest me to go again to vadafone store and again give a request to convert your phone to postpaid to pre-paid. it meens i should wait for more days and pay more and more again they ashked you should pay for remaining 3 days this will be continue……
this is the way to handled aa customer …..
