I tried placing an order on myntra when I noticed i am being charged 299 rupees convinence fees on my every order because of my high return rates. There never was any number you can return orders nor there was any issue about it before suddenly they want 299rs as convenience fees. I have never returned any used product or damaged order. I try making return request within or in few days i have received an order. My cancellation rate is high for sure because if i feel like some product might not reach me on time whats the point of receiving it and then returning it. I have been genuine with my returns if the quality ia not good how can i keep something . If they have such issues they should probably keep everything in high quality or revoke my return requests in future what ia the point of charging money that too 300 rs on every order kindly do something for the same.
