Text of Complaint by Kalpesh Radadia:

The Delivery of 2 product is pending since last 4 days. By contacting Flipkart Care agent, they are asking to wait and providing new time every time I am calling.

The couriers are sent via E-kart , there is no contact information is given by Flipkart or on E-kart web site to contact them.

Tried to call Grievance officer of Flipkart, i am getting audio from IVR saying incoming Call to this number is barred.

So the customer is helpless in this situation where where is no way to contact to the company
