As my contractor company WORK SOLUTION approaches for part time work and I have done it with little errors. But their QC report find that 218 errors. Immediately I informed to their helpline number about the errors in QC REPORT. No response afterwards from the company side. Now they send a mail reg. Payment of penalty amount or face the legal proceedings. Even now also I contacted executive as well as the helpline number, there is no response. I’m threatened by this mail. I need legal opinion as I have evidence of errors in QC REPORT.
