The delivery person marks the order as delivered without delivery, this happens mostly with tomorrow delivery option , this is the 2nd time I have faced. The customer care is completely worthless and they will deliberately kept waiting for longer time. After 3-4 days item will not be delivered. Also, they deny to escalate or take any action.
