sir on 17 jan 2019, I received the Nokia 5.1 plus 3+32Gb black from that was purchased from flip cart which cost ₹10999. but after using it for 3-4 days I found that battery drains quickly even without using phone means no data, no GPS, no Bluetooth, nothing moreover during night battery drains by 40-50% in just 7-8 hour, so I asked for replacement. I received the replaced product on 25 jan 2019 but I found the same problem with the replaced phone. so I asked flipcart for refund since after replacement if the product is again defective refund is been done, but as per there policy they firstly arrange a technician visit. My first tech visit is on 4th Feb 2019, but the technician asked me to visit there service centre and after reaching there I showed him the screenshots of the battery drain status which I am clicking almost everyday but he didn’t convince and told me that they will shoot 20 min video in ideal condition mean everything is OFF that is aeroplane mode, no WiFi, no GPS, nothing. but in that duration the battery drains by 2% without doing anything and he told me that there is no problem. What the hell, in 1 hr 6% and 10hr 60% without doing anything, that what it means. but he told me that there is no problem. I told him that I am not satisfied with the service then he told me he can not do anything and asked me to contact flipcart again. After I returned home I contacted them again and told him event that happened in the centre, so they again arranged a technician visit before 7th feb stating that they call that the fake visit. Meanwhile I came to know that it is the last day to claim refund so asked the customer care person about the same and he told me that until my case is open and my problem is not resolved the refund policy will continue. On 7th Feb I came to know that the person alloyed for the visit is the same person, he visited my home at 7:30pm and I once again showes him the screenshots and battery status and now he convinced and told me that there is the issue and asked me to shoot the 20 min video like before and send him to his Whatsapp number and then he left and told me that he will update these details from home. After shooting the video I called him many times to ask him how to send the video since the video size is large but no reply. And at 9:30 i received the msg that my refund request is rejected. How? And what is the reason behind it? The technician told me something else and do something else? When I called him again he told me that he updated that there was an issue, then on what basis they rejected the refund. I called them again and told them the whole story, then they told me that they have escalate the issue and my problem will be resolved by 11th feb. So I waited for the call till 11 Feb. I recieve a mail that they try to contact me but didn’t at 1:30 pm, i immediately replied to the mail and provide them the alternative number but they neither reply nor try to contact me again and on 11 Feb I receive another message in which they change the date to 13. What the hell!!! They even didn’t asked me anything, I called the customer care again and again and they told me that they can’t do nothing since the respective person will call me by it’s own. During whole this journey I am forced to missed the college because at home no one have enough knowledge about the phone and only I can explain the issue to the person and they called me at anytime, and if I attend the college than it’s not possible to pick up the call, so I waited till that time. I dont know when they will call. Its not possible for me to be there 24 hr near the phone and once they contact me and contact is not established they send the mail asking for alternative number and timing. But when I replied they don’t contact again. I asked many time for they contact number so that I can contact them since sometimes I am busy and sometime network issue, but no reply. They knowingly tries to delay the refund process and the seller take the decision without explaining anything. Till now my problem is not reaolved and I am still struggling for my refund. Meanwhile I receive call from a guy station that he is calling from flip cart and he knows my number, name and address. He told me that my number is selected for lucky dras and I won a safari, then he ask my account number if I want money in place of that. A fake call but how he knows that much about me????
So I requested you to take strict action again flipcart and help me to get my refund. I am irritated now, calling again and again but no solution.
