I have been complaining continuously for the past 3-4 years about the Vodafone signal at my residence. The service is getting worse and now with high data plans I am unable to use when at home so the data quota is expiring due to non-usage. The problem is not there at my work place. I have had the Vodafone technician visit my residence with a meter about 1-2 years ago which checks signal quality and it is confirmed in almost my entire residence that the signal is poor and not existent in most parts of my apartment. I have been calling and registering complaints every 2-3 months and would have complained more than 20-30 times at least to no avail. Same standard answer that Vodafone is working to improve signal quality and beat with them. I have four Vodafone connections in my house all suffering due to the signal quality for both voice and data.
