I have taken multiple pay day loans due to medical emergency in March 2026 and I have paid some partial payments to all these companies, But they keep harassing me in mobile calls, whatsapp. In addition, they started calling my contacts and my organization heads using abusive words. They started sending continuous mails to organization heads and that leads me to lose the job. I want to take legal action against these fraudsters who completely ignored RBI rules on collecting money from customers. Now my only source of income also gone. I have no clue how to survive and run my family in coming months.
