Text of Complaint by Purnasiddha Nag Choudhuri:

Number was inVodafone network which I ported to Airtel plan 299 but they have issued bill of 399 plan .
And two consecutive months charging extra even though its repetitively informed.
And as promised the connection charges taken rs 298 was not refunded back in the bill cycles.
