My one year contract is ended with Just dial on 1 Nov. 2019 and still monthly ECS gets deducted from my bank account for last many months.
Monthly ECS is 3450/-
I’m Continuous receiving fake calls. Instead of quality leads or customers enquiry,
If we’re into design business, why are we getting fake calls like plumbing work, carpenter work, catering service??? It’s seems like Just Dial has appointed these people only to make these fake calls and justify their contract offerings.
I have been requesting since a year to stop the ECS as I’m not happy with their service. But there is no action on this and it still continues to deduct money from my account . I am so much mentally harassed due to this fake calls, useless offers, over promised offerings by the Just Dial.
This has become a practice to panick customers!
I have asked many times to hand over my calls to the concerned ECS department, but they always deny with useless reasons, or directly disconnect the calls.
I’m too much mentally harassed by the Just Dial and requesting to take an action on immediate basis.
