Sir/Madam
This is a complaint against Apfibernet services. We are the customers of APFiber net services since from 1 year.. the problem is since from the first month till now we didn’t receive proper internet services. Continuously complaining to local operator ( He deosn’ even pick the calls while the problem happens his mobile was kept in switched off) and customer care service also irresponsible against customers..since we are paying Rs600 per month mostly we get 10 days internet only remaining days there is no internet services from APfiber net.we are very unsatisfied by ApFiber net services and we are losing our money and it will effecting our jobs also (work from home).please take immediate action against APFIBERNET sevices at barnch Devarapalli,East Godavari district,near kovvur.
