Network coverage has been pathetic with speeds in the range of 2mbps since October 2020.
Several mails have been sent however have received generic responses from them.. Vodafone has also not even bothered to contact me during my requested hours to discuss this matter.
I had escalated this matter to their internal appellate authority but got no response from them even though they said that this would be resolved by 24-12-2020.
Repeated emails requesting for resolution updates have got no positive response from them.
Speeds have marginally increased however when I have requested some sort of compensation for the 3 months of pathetic service. But as usual no response to any email that I have sent.
I request the consumer complaints court to take action against such poor customer service and non deliverance of services that have been paid for.
