On October 25, I received the product, a refrigerator, which unfortunately arrived with noticeable dents. I immediately contacted your customer support, and a replacement complaint was raised on October 26. The initial expected resolution date was set for November 7.
To my disappointment, the issue has not been resolved, and on November 9, I received a message stating that the replacement was not fulfilled by the seller. I was advised to contact Samsung customer support for brand warranty. However, when I reached out to Samsung, they informed me that since the product was purchased on Flipkart and not through a Samsung shop or local authorized outlet, they are unable to assist with the issue unless there is a malfunction affecting the product’s functionality.
Subsequently, I have raised replacement complaints on November 9 and November 12, with expected resolution dates of November 12 and November 15, respectively. Unfortunately, each time, the issue has been marked as resolved without any actual resolution.
