My name is kannan i got my new sim card 6months ago by submitting my documents to the airtel store but now airtel sending messages again submit the documents as per government policy and it asked to visit airtel store and they said your sim card is disconnected you should  buy another sim card and again recharge for exisiting pack almost 300rs..  I dont no what is actual reason within 6months how my documents will be missed. Iam unable to call peoples everytime iam facing same problem now i got new sim card by paying again. please consider total money and time waste.
