I have contacted amazon delivery service (Pilathara, Kerala, Kannur) but they have not delivered my parcel as promised by amozon company. I have raised the same complaint and informed them it happened to me for all my six deliveries earlier. But there is no proper response and the next day I only used to go a collect the product after many excuses. But this time I won’t accept I need compensation for delay in delivery with product delivery in morning itself and nextly the amazon delivery agency have playing a safe game that showing fault from customer that delivery attempted. Please look into the issue and solve the problem by cancelling their license.
