Subject: Complaint Against Monkey Bags for Wrong Product Delivery and Deficiency in Service
Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a formal complaint against an online seller named Monkey Bags for unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.
I placed an order for two bags through their website and made the full payment in advance. However, instead of receiving the two bags that I ordered, I received only one bag, and that too is completely different from the product shown on their website. The bag delivered appears to be a low-quality substitute and does not match the items I purchased.
Furthermore, on their website the order status still shows “processing” and not “delivered.” Because of this incorrect status, I am unable to initiate a return or replacement request through their system. This has left me stuck with a wrong product and no option to return it.
I have also tried to contact the company several times through their WhatsApp customer support, but I have not received any response from their side.
This conduct clearly amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, I request the honorable authority to kindly look into this matter and help me obtain a refund of my payment or ensure that the correct products are delivered.
I am willing to provide all supporting documents such as payment proof, order details, and photographs of the product received.
