Text of Complaint by Bibekananda Sahoo:

I am writing to file a formal complaint against De Feliz Vacation regarding their services and the unfulfilled promises outlined in my vacation agreement.

Membership Details:
Membership No: DFV/TG/5482
Date of Agreement: 20-10-2023
Amount Deducted: Rs. 240,000.00 from ICICI Bank Credit Card

Service Assurance:
During the contract agreement, De Feliz Vacation assured the provision of superior 4~5 star category hotels/resorts for our vacation.

Current Situation:
I am planning to visit Lucknow, Ayodhya, Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Delhi and requested De Feliz Vacation to arrange hotels in these locations.
The provided list of hotels falls significantly below the promised standard and is of very cheap quality.

Cancellation Attempts:
I have sent an email formally requesting the cancellation of my agreement and a refund of the deducted amount due to the breach of contract.
Numerous attempts to contact De Feliz Vacation over the phone have been ignored, indicating an apparent intent to evade resolution.

Evidence:
Attached to this complaint is a copy of the email sent to De Feliz Vacation detailing the cancellation request.
Bank statements confirming the deduction of Rs. 240,000.00 from my ICICI Bank Credit Card.

Summary of Complaint:
De Feliz Vacation has failed to uphold their commitment to provide superior accommodations as per the terms of the agreement.
The provided list of hotels is of substandard quality, contradicting the promised 4~5 star category.
Numerous attempts to contact them for resolution have been ignored, suggesting a deliberate effort to avoid addressing the issue.

Requested Action:
I request a thorough investigation into this matter.
A directive to De Feliz Vacation to honor the cancellation and initiate a full refund as per the terms of the agreement.
Appropriate action against De Feliz Vacation for the breach of contract and unprofessional conduct.
I trust that [Consumer Portal] will handle this complaint with the urgency and attention it deserves. I am hopeful for a fair resolution to this matter.

  1. I would like to withdraw this complaint because De Feliz Vacation team is contacting me & assured to provide the good quality of hotels. They have assured over the phone that if the facilities provided by them is observed unsatisfactory after first trip of vacation package then they will refund the remaining money. So, Please help me to close this complaint from the time being.

      I came to know many people facing same issue with De feliz vacation, even their sales people saying that file complain, Please revert hi on my email and i will share my contact.

  2. Hello, I have also faced the same issue with DFV. Can you help me out by providing even 1 number I can call and speak to??? I’m not getting any response on their side and they are also giving me same cheap 2 to 3* hotels regardless if I asked 45 days before time.
