Please note : I have already shared the below information to paytm nodal officers Anand G and Punit of paytmbank and paytm postpaid nodal officer too. but still no one look into this. and the late payment charges are piling up now.

The thing is :
On the last day of payment for the November 2022 cycle the total outstanding amount shown was 1009 rs.which I cleared.
The next day they charged me late fees.
When I tried to contact Paytm’s postpaid section customer care ,there was only the option for chat and no call support.
Therefore I raised the ticket id 22102498061 . Where they mentioned it will get a response in “2 hours” which was completely a joke.

Now the Harassment of paytm shows up in upcoming days. Everyday a new person will call and ask to pay the money.when I inform them there is a ticket raised to get clarification on the issue they said they don’t have access to paytm and they were only handed over the list of people whom they have to call everyday and ask them to pay money.
Every day, it’s the same story. I will get the call, they will ask me to pay the charges. i will share the technical faults which have taken place and ask them to look into the ticket id which i have generated to get help from paytm postpaid team as no one is responding on the chat since day one. and after hearing the whole story they will say they don’t have any access to paytm and they are only given a list to call people who have not paid. and one guy said they will call everyday and till the payment is not done even if it the ticket is already raised by me because of the technical fault from paytm.

Out of frustration I decided to quit using paytm altogether and asked the paytm team to close my account. In desperation that may be now the paytm postpaid team will contact me to look into my issue but nothing happens.

This goes on, and days turn to week and weeks into a month. and to my surprise ,instead of looking into this issue they have again charged on the previous technical fault there.
