Dear Sir,
Will to bring notice order No 6233465881 dtd 09.10.18 made on Paytm Mall, which was sent thru Xpressbees Courier wide consigment note no. 1227186686672, shown as delivered on 18.10.18 by Hardik Pandya (Mo. 7490895507). The said consignment is not being received by me or by family. I tried to contact 5-6 times on Paytm help line on 011 33776677 but even holding for 15 to 20 minutes unable to reach there representative as their executive are always busy. Also send the email on [email protected] but mail got bounced. I am Unabe to register my comaplaint with Paytm.
Further Also raised complaint to xpress bees courier thru mail [email protected] and at call centre on 02049116100 but nothing happened. The courier boy is not picking his phone and also not replying tried 6-7 times.
Email id for customer complaint is not available at PAytm website . Further the compalint has to be registered with in 72hrs.
Request to pls to solve the issue and make these people answerable only one phone no 01133776677which is always busy any time you dial in morning, evening, in night also.
