Hello sir,
I booked a consignment (K29405526) from Jamshedpur to Sonpur via DTDC courier. While booking they said they said your area is serviceable and they can deliver it. After booking, they updated status on their portal like that area is not serviceable nad they initiated the return without informing or calling to destination or source contact numbers. When I asked them why they initiated they said they will check with the respective team and will update in next 6 hours. I waited for that and called again after 1 day, no one picked up the call. Seems they got me and not answered that moment. Again called next day same things happen. 3rd they they picked up the call and again said they will check with team and find the reason for this and disconnected the call.
I felt like once I paid there’s no value for the customer time and money. I am calling continuously and no one responding correctly. I also complaint on their portal but still the status is same.
