Text of Complaint by Surendar:

It’s been almost a month till my network is not restored. I have suffered alot mentally because of it even the Airtel support team has not responded properly on this issue, my first complaint was on 30th nov for network issue and frequent disconnection, even if it is because of cycloan everyone’s network as been restored on Sunday 17th of December but only mine was disconnected again on Tuesday 19th December and then they assigned a engineer he solved it on Wednesday 20th December around 2pm within 3hrs the network got disconnected and still now no proper response from any team i have spoken with everyone atleast as a customer I’m just asking what the problem but that too every team is neglecting my queries. If i ask the support team they are saying like technical team knows the problem if i arranged a callback for technical team and asked but they are saying that they dono, even the engineer assigned Is not saying the problem. Everyone’s is giving fake assurance on restoring the network, and giving fake claim on network problem everytime, and not support team is so rude with me if needed i have got evidence on this event. Even the supervisor didn’t respond properly even they dono the problem. Also I can’t able to attend my interview and assessment because of this event. If needed I can submit proof of everything. Now the date is 24th December still my connection not recovered. The excursion team is saying that they don’t have manpower.
