I Abhisek Datta mobile no. 7044039534 one of the unhappy unsatisfied customer of airtel network.I have lodged a complain with comp no. 77931002 on 07/07/2016.Its have been more than 2 years i am facing a network issue.The place where i resides there is a very poor internet connection of airtel.I have lodged many complaints but no one from airtel company bother to solve it.It clearly means that they dont care about their customer.And now a beautiful thing happened that the complain which i lodged on 7th jully 2016 has been closed without solving it and informing me.I have been paying my rental bills monthly but issue with the network remains as usual and i am unable to use it oroperly as there is huge problem in using airtel conection.As i am unable to use my internet connection my internet balance is 120 gb.It clearly proves that there is network connection and no one from airtel is bothering to solve it.And intentionally they are fooling customer and getting money from them.
Requested your support and financial penalty from airtel company.
