Text of Complaint by Sastikannan:

  1. I didn’t recharge my Airtel DTH no.3002889435 on due date by 5.3.2020 but it was done 06.03.2020 but till now I have registered my complaints with customer care but and also spoken to call centers but to the vain they have given false & bogus commitments without any resolution till date.
  2. The worst experience I had with Airtel till date I am very clear if you don’t service in time we too are not ready to continue with your network there are many in the market.
  3. PL do not keep posting your wrong commitments will always creat bad remarks about your company.
  4. Either you do or let others to take your share out.
