I have applied for a broadband connection through webportal. Upon receipt of my request Airtel customer care executive called me up for detail and feasibility check. I have provided my address and they have confirmed me that there is no issue with connection feasibility and asked me to submit documents required for a new connection. Upon submission of documents , they have asked me to pay 3 months rent and I have done the same. Next day I received a message stating , my connection will be established on the day with a technicians number. No one turned up on that day and the very next day I received a message stating connection is not feasible and amount credited will be refunded shortly. However , I haven’t received any money till date .
