Text of Complaint by Madhusudan Mrinal:

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the kind of serives provided  by Tata Sky and its staff. Its not even 3 weeks that I had installed a new connection but since then the problem is on going. The staff who visits first argues and then after repeated chasers another staff visits and asks the same questions about the problem. Then chases the setup box after 2 days there is again a problem and the third larty service centre says there will be delay as always and will not be able to visit today. Neither am I able to watch the television neither these people give any assurance and service to resolve the problem
