Dear Sir,
I made a booking of Independent TV dth on 17th nov by online payment of Rs1999.
1. As contacting customer many times they were saying that within 2 days connection but nothing was done. Later after about 15 days I was informed about the dealer who will be making connection.
2. After making contact with the dealer, he was saying that I have to pay Rs 2000 to him as no payment has been done. It’s seems that dealer is not informed about the payment.
3. Now customer care number is very difficult to connect.
Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.
