Dear Team,
I would like to raise complaint against JIO for charging against a Prepaid Mobile recharge plan, which is not valid for non Jio mobile phone.
I would like to bring to your notice that some people in JIO are fooling the people of our country and keeping as a profitable business, which is against the TRAI policy.
- Recently I have recharged my mobile phone with a plan of INR 594 for 68 Days and it was successfully charged and amount debited through net banking. However, it was not activated. Later, I received a message to call 19914 to activate this plan. When I called 19914, I received auto generated message that, this plan is available only for JIO Mobile Phone holders and nonlt for Non-Jio mobile holders. Immediately, I contacted JIO customer care and they told me to activate with different plan which is valid for Non-Jio Phone. Hence I activated new JIO bolan of INR 129 for 29 Days. With regards to refund of INR 594 plan, I asked to send email to JIO Customer Care and I received below response which is quite weared and they said that they will neither refund of INR 594 nor they will apply another plan for 68 days or extend the existing plan for 68 days.
I need your support to resolve this issue, and such practices should top to making money and showing as profit in books. I’m sure other individuals/ people of our country will also facing the issue but many few people raise such complaints for such services.
