had booked a room at ORCHHA RESORT, TIKAMGARH, MADHYAPRADESH for the day 10 th July of 2021 via www.agoda.com.AGODA give me a confirmation id 572681033 on my mail adress in the mail they confirmid my booking at ORCHHA RESORT.When i reached the hotel i saw the hotel is totally closed .I drive with my family over 300 km to reach there. I called on property contact no. Given on confirmation email but phone dose not picked. I tried to contact the Agoda helpdesk, but their contact number was not mentioned any where (In their site or booking confirmation email). I would like to take immediate legal action on Agoda and want my prepaid amount to be reimbursed.
