I requested for airtel parallel connection, but technician name harjinder came to my home and removed condute wire from wall and my walls are also slightly damaged. I spoke with his colleagues gurvinder who installed 4k set top box couple of years back but he is also not helping now. I asked the technician harjinder if he is not aware then leave it but he was very arrogant and overconfident. I spoke with Shivani Rajput in customer care as she works as supervisor but there was no call back. Kindly refund me for damage and take legal action against technician team,his supervisor also.
