To whomsoever it may concern

Service request no 121679420
I registered a request with airtel for relocating my fixed line connection to a new address on 07 sep 2020 under the req no as mentioned above since I have shifted my residence. But still my request is pending. I have also contacted airtel nodal team on 10 sep 2020 which was such a waste of time the executive was blabbering and just give me a blank commitment that this issue will be resolved by the next 48 hours which is still pending. No calls or any efforts from anyone to action my request. I have been a regularly paying customer even if I dint use even a single GB and this is the way they treat a good loyal customer. Pathetic. If my request is not resolved by Monday I will be forced to proceed with disconnecting this service with airtel.
