I had ordered mark & spencer sneaker but i have fit issue and want to return. But issue is, agent who came to pickup my parcel was asking for shoes box which i never received from flipkart. I have original product with all tagging provided by flipkart/ mark & spencer. But flipkart customer support and agent who came to pickup the parcel they do not want to listen and refused to return the product. Flipkart order OD428206168066025100
