on 23/05/2019 i saw a advertisement on the facebook of a product “MOON POD” which is showing the price of $0.01 i got to the website page and book a ‘MOON POD” and after that suffer from the following problem:
- amount from my credit card has been deducted without the otp received.
- only the order no. i have got but not the tracking link.
- i again go to the website to check my order status but there is no link to track my order and know the current status of the order. Till date i have not received any update regarding the order.
- there is no customer care NO. on the website.
- they are showing the price $0.01 only deducted the high prices from my credit card of Rs. 4247.41 and Rs. 3772.16 in the form of cny (china yuan) i.e. (362.01 and 407.62 yuan) with the name of “smjiaojher” which is not relevant as shown on the website.
