- I am Vodafone Postpaid customer since 3 years ago. Last 6 month I have network issues in particular location. I complained more than 10 times but they are not respond. So I could not be make call and net usage. In my Vodafone app 175gb balance date avillable because network is not Avilable. So I complained against Bill and portability option. That time they are request we solve quickly you need not to change network otherwise you didn’t make payment. So I did not pay last month bill. Now they are asking bill but that issues not solved. Past 2 month I can’t use Vodafone network properly. So kindly help me need ful. I am not ready pay for past 2 months bill. Thank you.
