Good day,

I ordered a flip cover for my mobile and I received damaged item and I made return option. When Amazon customer care called me and asking me why you are returning item? So I send him photograph for the flip cover . But he was telling I am sending wrong photos for the items. He was humiliating me by saying I am doing cheat by putting wrong photo and wrong return. Finally he told me I will get refund. But I am very disappointed by his character. For 500 RS what I should waste my time. So please do needful.
