Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a LG 260 L Frost Free Double Door Top Mount 3 Star Convertible
refrigerator from flipkart on 06 oct 2021,(Order ID No – OD123005653543819000) ,The piece is on warranty 1
year .
It was delivered on 11 October 2021,
Refrigeretor was start on 13 October 2021, refrigerator door not
working properly, it’s door not open quickly. This reason I request to return request generated, but return request is cancelled on 13 oct 2021,I was call to customers care they said our technician visit to your home on 16 October 2021 technician not
visit, it’s multiple problem with flipkart
I request you to kindly . I am enclosing a copy of I am hoping for
immediate action taken regarding this issue.
