I have purchased HP Laptop along with complete Laptop Protection for 2 years. Now I am facing vertical Line on laptop screen within policy period. It is limiting my work and decisions( line mimics like number 1 which is misleading during my investment decisions have incurred losses as well)
I have called numerous times to both Flipkart and Jeeves, many mails also. Every time they say need 2 days they will send their technician but never done as such. And its almost a month
This seems to be a fraud in name of device protection policies, as same happened with my two Mobile protection policies. Both devices screen damaged, when I called them to get repair under policy they never given any service or repairs. Complete denial of service or repairs
There is pattern then I found with other consumers as well over consumer forums.
This has to stop , looting the money from masses in name of policy and denying any service

I would request recovery of my damages as Below:
Actual Damages: 1. Laptop cost: INR 58,990 Order ID: OD221678695607237000 bought on Flipkart
, Policy Cost: INR 4299, Invoice Number:EAAAAB-06509858 Sold by : Jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd
2 Mobiles: 11299 INR Mobile, 599 INR for Mobile protection Policy Bought on flipkat policy by Jeeves
3. Mobile 14499 Mobile, 1499 Protection Policy, bought on Flipkart, Policy by Jeeves

Punitive Damages: INR 400,000 .Incurred losses during my investment portfolio adjustment wherein Laptop screen line prevented my decision making . The vertical mimicked like 1 and illusioned my decision. Also limited my prospectus in making profits
The stress that I faced during the calls and their irresponsible behavior towards consumer complaints is worth mentioning
