Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Adhish Panchal. I’m a resident of Surat, India.
I have been using Vodafone services for about 8 months now. But the last few months, Vodafone was unfairly charging me in my bills. Tired of sorting it out every month, I decided to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid. I went to the store, where the customer executive was utterly rude, disrespecting and argumentative. After a long half hour, I finally forced him to turn me into a Prepaid customer, following which I was asked to wait until Monday, 08-05-2017 to get my Postpaid to Prepaid transfer complete.
However, I did not receive any calls confirming the same until Monday. Since last Friday 05-05-2017 to 10-05-2017, I have sought after Vodafone care constantly and regularly. They promise to “call me shortly” after every complaint but not once have I received a call from them.
Additionally, today, 10-05-2017, Wednesday, they barred my Postpaid services as well as did not bother to activate my Prepaid services. After repeated promises of calls from Vodafone Executives, I have failed to find a proper answer from them, let aloan a call back to sort out my issues.
When I threatened them to drag them to Consumer Court, they had very little attention to pay to it and chose to not act on my disappointment or complaint.
I am attaching the screenshots of all my conversations with Vodafone between 05-05-2017 to 10-05-2017.
Sir, I request you to take urgent action against Vodafone, as they have incurred me heavy losses deactivating my number and choosing to not correct their errors or respond to constant complaints.
